I am an expert on my users. I notice their hesitation, workarounds, and moments where they absorbing load they shouldn't have to carry. Then I design systems that remove it.
My psychology background set the foundation for me to solve user problems through observation, research, and analysis.
My design philosophy revolves around getting out of our user's way—systems that prevent errors before they happen, guide them through complexity without slowing them down, and give them back the mental space to focus on relationships instead of tedious tasks.
I design internal tools for bankers to originate loans for their customers. My users are managing heavy caseloads, challenging timelines, and customers making the biggest financial decisions of their lives. They don't have time for clunky interfaces or systems that make them second-guess themselves.

She knows sit, stay, down, up, off… and she's usually walking around in a clown costume. Her birthday is on Valentines day (approximately). Each year I hold a birthday party for her and everyone brings boxes for her to enjoy.
